30 days from delivery to change your mind, on non-sale items.
The basics
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, shipped and postmarked within that window. Returns apply to non-sale items in original condition with tags attached.
Exchanges
Want a different print or size? Return your original item and place a new order — that's the fastest way to get what you want.
Return shipping
We'll provide a return label. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you to confirm your refund. Your bank can take 3–5 business days to process it.
Not refundable
Marked-down items, free gifts and promo items, and gift cards.
